Scott Pinyard, LEED AP O+M

As a BPI certified auditor, Scott combines technical experience with skilled project management to provide maximum value for our clients.

Scott Pinyard joined Sparhawk Group in 2008 with a diverse background that includes both acoustical consulting and mechanical engineering. He has consulted on a wide range of buildings throughout the United States from high-rise apartments and offices to casinos and hotels.

Scott graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Acoustics. After graduation, he worked as an acoustical consultant in New York City gaining insight into buildings and building systems. As a project manager, he gained both practical engineering and management skills.

Energy efficiency became Scott’s passion when he moved to Maine in 2006. Working with an HVAC equipment manufacturer, he was responsible for creating the firm’s sales infrastructure in the United States and Canada. His sales experience gave him in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
