Peter Bell, LEED AP BD+C, CxA
Peter specializes in building automation controls and brings over 20 years of experience in doing so. He is constantly continuing his educational pursuit in the building sciences arena.
Peter joined Sparhawk Group in 2010. He has a strong background of building automation, and mechanical systems. Peter’s professional background includes programming and installing various building automation and mechanical systems for buildings throughout New England. These buildings range from office buildings, hospitals, labs, and archives, to high rises. These projects have helped form good client relationships which allow Peter to provide in-depth analysis of clients building operations in relationship to efficient building performance.
Before coming to Sparhawk Group, Peter worked for Johnson Controls as a System Designer. There he provided submittals, and drawings, and creating software for projects throughout New England.
Peter holds an A.A.S in Heating and Refrigeration technologies. He has a current State of Maine Limited Master Electrical License for HVAC, Master Boiler License for light and heavy oils unlimited gallons.
Peter and his wife are longtime Maine residents. During the winter Peter is a volunteer member of National Ski Patrol at a local Maine mountain.
