TD Bank Call Center

When TD Bank built their new call center in Lewiston, ME, they chose Sparhawk Group to commission their systems. We provided testing to all base building systems to assure correct and efficient operation. 

This mission critical call center serves TD Bank Customers throughout the US.  The LEED Gold rated call center has full back up power systems to ensure uninterrupted operation.  Sparhawk Group's peer review of the design and controls resulted in a more robust design to ensure continuous operation.

All building systems were thoroughly tested in utility tied and independent power operation.  The call center has enjoyed 100% uptime since commissioning.
