Raymond Geiger School

The Lewiston School District has hired Sparhawk Group to commission three of their schools, (two new construction projects and a large renovation project.) The Raymond Geiger School is a LEED rated High Performance school. This $22.0M project utilizes radiant heating, energy recovery systems, solar thermal, and lighting controls.

Sparhawk Group worked closely with the design engineer and controls contractor to work through control issues that were successfully resolved. Sparhawk Group hired the Testing and Balancing contractor to perform all testing and balancing of the hydronics and air systems in the school.
