Maine Judicial District Courthouse

Sparhawk Group performed full mechanical commissioning and infrared scanning of the roof systems on the newly constructed 60,000 sq.ft courthouse.  The project consisted of advanced mechanical systems and building automation that needed to be properly commissioned to ensure all operational parameters were as designed. Dual stage boilers, chillers, air handlers, variable air volume terminal units, and sophisticated "smart" lighting controls are some of the equipment that was commissioned. The Sparhawk Group worked closely with the design team during pre-construction to make certain equipment access was appropriate and the design was operationally as efficient as possible
