Maine/Canada Border Crossing Station

LEED rated Land Entry facility consisted of four different buildings on site. The objective was for the Sparhawk Group to provide commissioning services that satisfied the prerequisite and credits for fundamental and enhanced commissioning as identified in the LEED 2.1 manual.

Peer design review was completed on all buildings, and pre-functional inspections and functional testing was completed. All HVAC mechanical and lighting controls were commissioned so that the project was able to achieve the desired LEED rating.
