Cony High School

Augusta School District hired Sparhawk Group to perform commissioning of their newly constructed 173,000 sq. ft. $23.5M High School. All HVAC systems were commissioned successfully and ahead of schedule. All systems are performing as designed and have been properly tuned through the commissioning process.

Cony High School continues to hire the Sparhawk Group for additional engineering services. Sparhawk Group has been hired to perform mechanical and electrical commissioning services on approximately 60,000 sq.ft. of projects including new manufacturing labs, expansion of the student dining areas, the updating of the student dining concepts, the creation of new function and meeting rooms and providing new state of the art teaching laboratories, classrooms and offices to Wentworth’s College of Arts and Sciences.

The project schedule is just over one year and will involve a high level of logistics and phased steps to complete in a successful manner. Sparhawk Group is reporting directly to Wentworth Institute and is working closely with their on site facilities staff to ensure a smooth transition into the new campus spaces.
