Brewer School

The Brewer School, a 156,000 sq. ft. $39.0M newly constructed complex, was commissioned by Sparhawk Group. The Commissioning Agent worked closely with the design engineer developing solutions for field issues that came up during construction. The Sparhawk Group also hosted a “lessons learned” discussion with the controls contractor, (Siemens Technologies,) which highlighted the successes of the project commissioning process and identified how the process can even be further improved.

Mid construction blower door testing was performed by Sparhawk Group to ensure that the current construction practices on the building envelope and air sealing tactics were effective to ensure that the air leakage of the entire building was kept to a minimum standard.

Sparhawk Group continues to work successfully with Siemens Building Technologies on future projects.
